Prepaid Card

Effective February 1st, 2024, the fees for our prepaid card program are as follows:

  • Monthly fee: $0.00
  • Per purchase: as applicable, posted on the kiosk
  • ATM withdrawal: not applicable
  • Cash reloads: not applicable
  • ATM balance inquiry: $0.00
  • Customer service (automated or live agent): $0.00
  • Inactivity fee (after 90 days with no transactions until new activity): $4.95 per month

Additional Information

  • You can purchase cards for up to $500.00 each as a single time load, or $900.00 if you purchase a card at a hotel property. 
  • The cards are non-reloadable, although you can purchase a new card. 
  • You can use the Mastercard anywhere that accepts Mastercard, and you can use the card as a credit swipe or as a debit card by entering the last 4 digits of the card. 
  • However, you cannot use the card to get cash back or at an ATM.
